WALL STREET
MONEY NEVER SLEEPS

2010 *** 133 mins.

One thing is certain. If you're not a fan of Wall Street, you probably won't be a fan of the sequel. I am not a fan. Michael Douglas is still amazing as Gordon Gekko, former Wall Street tycoon now out of prison. Shia LaBeouf does an okay job as an aspiring young man about to marry Gekko's daughter. Like the first film, though, its technicalities get quite difficult to follow for those of us not up on the wall street racket, but that's not to say it's not a well-made film. It's for certain tastes, just not mine.
