One thing is for certain: Tippi Hedren sure led an interesting life. Adventurous would probably be a better word, actually. Tippi Hedren led an adventurous life. From modeling in her early days, to her surprisingly tumultuous time acting for Alfred Hitchcock, to her starting her own wildlife reserve, this book constantly entertains and surprises. It tends to dawdle a bit in the second half, but it's still wildly entertaining. I find it especially funny that on page seven, Tippi talks about how she quit biting her nails as a young girl. Then, you look at the front cover... Irony?
